DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS AT THIS TIME, SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate your requests.

SHIPPING POLICY

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. By completing your order, you confirm that all shipping details are correct.

The Altona Company is not liable for any costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for a $35 return shipping fee, as well as the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
