Regular 16 oz bags come in amounts of 3, 5 or 10 bags. (Regular bags ordered online are 16 oz in weight, compared to 11 oz when bought in store.)

All orders include shipping to the contiguous United States. Custom orders are available to Alaska and Hawaii by calling the store. Shipping will be determined when placing the custom order.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes, all orders must have a valid physical address for shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. By completing your order, you confirm that all shipping details are correct.

The Altona Company is not liable for any costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for a $35 return shipping fee, as well as the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

There will be no credits issued to the customer for the returned order.
